Application / Application

Impact wrench is an ordinary power tool, II class insulation, designed to unscrew and tighten nuts and bolts. No electrical supply is required to have a pneumatic system to operate the key.

How to use

Correct, reliable and safe operation of the tool depends on proper operation. The key is delivered complete and does not require mounting. Keys are provided with socket wrenches. Before starting the screw or nut with the socket wrench, manually screw the nut or nut onto the thread (at least two turns). Make sure that the size of the spanner is well matched to the unscrewed or tightened element. Poorly sized sizes can damage both the key and the nut or bolt. Slide the socket wrench onto the nut or screw head. Press and hold the switch in the position corresponding to the desired direction of rotation. In the case of tightening, press and hold the switch in position F, while in the case of unscrewing in position R. In case of tightening, when the maximum torque is reached, the clutch will operate and the drive of the drive will be disconnected. Release the switch and wait for the engine to stop completely. If unscrewing, check that the tightening torque does not exceed the maximum torque of the wrench. In this case the overload clutch will also work and it may not be possible to unscrew the nut. After unscrewing, release the pressure on the switch and wait for the engine to stop completely. After finishing work, disconnect the tool from the power supply and proceed to maintenance.
